Refund policy

The short version: cancel any time, keep access until the end of what you've paid for, and if something's gone wrong on our side we'll put it right.

Last updated: 20 August 2026
The short version. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again. If we've charged you in error, or the law gives you a cancellation right, you'll get your money back.

The free plan

The free plan is free forever - no charge, so no refund needed. You can stop using it any time.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Payment is handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, who processes the charge and any refund back to your original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Manage subscription in your portal, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't automatically refund the unused part of a monthly period. For annual plans, if you cancel part-way through we can refund the unused whole months at our discretion - just ask.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charges you and you'd meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that renewal and we'll refund it, provided you haven't made significant new use of the Service in that period.

If something's our fault

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or couldn't use the Service because of a problem on our side, tell us and we'll put it right with a full or partial refund as appropriate, however long ago it happened.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sayso.digital from the address on your account, and tell us which payment you'd like refunded. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5-10 working days depending on your bank.

Promotional pricing

Discounted plans follow this policy in exactly the same way as full-price ones.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under law. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a newly purchased digital-service subscription - if the law entitles you to a refund, you'll get it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version that applies to a payment is the one published when you made it. We'll update the "Last updated" date when anything changes.
